Legacy Reviewer's Review of NCStar Red and Green Laser Sight with Universal Rifle Barrel Mount and Pressure Switch ARLSRG

I expected this laser to function as easily and be as wonderfully engineered as my light. It's not. My huge problem is twisting it on and off, really, twisting? I don't use any of the pressure switch pads provided with any of the accessories I've purchased. I don't want wires, cables or any other unnecessary junk hanging off my rifle. The product features description words it "on/off cap switch (can be used as either a constant or momentary switch)." My mistake, "momentary switch" works with a push as you would expect, "constant or momentary switch" is simply not true. For constant on there is no "switch" you must stop what your doing and manually twist the "rear cap switch" until it comes on. Switching between red and green is a snap. Although I didn't know about the 8mm difference in point of impact at 20 yards when switching between red and green before I bought it. Turning it off also means stop what you're doing, give all your attention to the rear cap switch while twisting it.
What it should do: press for momentary activation, press further to "click" the light into constant-on mode, click again for off. Anyone know where I can purchase a proper switch?

Pros: Easy set up
Cons: Twist it to turn on, 8mm difference red & green
