I have a "classic" black rifle and thought I needed a scope for working up a handload. This scope is very similar looking to the period correct scope, but costs MUCH LESS! I found the scope easy to mount on the carry handle. While a finer reticle would be more ideal for target shooting, I found the reticle acceptable if the target had a horizontal and a vertical line.
Pros: Retro. Easy to mount on carry handle. Great value.
Cons: HUGE lines on reticle.
