Not quite as described, but excellent value. - NcSTAR Expert Plate Carrier Vest w/Two Rectangle Cut Soft Ballistic Panels

It came with one 10x12 shooters cut and one 10x12 rectangular cut panel. when I ordered I suspected the two square panels described was incorrect for a xxl carrier. Elsewhere in the add it said "str" and showed a pic of 2 shooter cut panels. which is why I suspected error. It was different, but this is really even better. Shooter in front rectangle in back. Plates should cover at least from your clavical to your sternum and nipple to nipple. Size is subjective.
Personally I think the xxl carrier should have two 11x14 panels. The carrier has a thin foam trama pad, the panels have a thin one built in too. For me, these plates are going in a backpack, the carrier I will find some plates for at some point. Thank you for an awesome deal.
