This shipped directly from NCSTAR in California, not the fault of Optics Planet. Item desctription states its a hard level 3+ plate with a weight of 4.4lbs. The package I recieved in the mail shows a 2 pound shipping weight on the label, and its flexible. Clearly a soft kevlar armor, not a level 3+ plate. Whats worse is that the label on the back of the item states that its correct. SAME PRODUCT # AND BALLISTIC RATING! Returing with original packaging, I tried emailing the manufacturer (NCSTAR) and got no response.
