Very good scope - NcSTAR 4x30mm Illuminated Reticle Rifle Scope

I received my scope in December '09 and mounted it on my DPMS AR 15. I zeroed the scope in early January and cannot be happier. The weapon is mounted in my patrol unit in a fixed rifle rack. In spite of some rough terrain in my patrol area the scope has held it's zero. I have deployed it a few times on duty and had it out several times to shoot. Through it all when I attended our agency in-service and qualification day no adjustments were needed. The zero was still solid at 100 yards and the scope was still mounted tightly on the weapon.

Depending on your rack, if used for patrol, and you are mounting on a fixed carry handle, like mine, some adjustment may be needed on your rack depending on the type; it does sit high. However, the fact it sits high on a fixed handle makes getting on the scope in a more heads up manner quite easy.

If you are looking for a good scope and you are on a budget this is the way to go. I highly recommend this product.
