Scope & cust serv disappointing - NcSTAR Illuminated Rifle Scope - 3-12x56E Scope / Green / Ring SEFB31256G Rifle Scope

Came damaged (optical lens protectors crushed). Cust Serve complimented me on great timely documentation. Said they would send new covers right away. When I called to check (after mounting and bore is fighting scope) now they can't send just covers. I need to return whole package UNUSED! IT had been now 2 months +-. Then they said they maybe could but later again said no. By now I discovered, in use, optics prooved too blurry to see a buck's antlers at 200 yds at 12x. Have given up on customer service after previous 11 phone calls and am now using scope for cool paper weight.
Pros: price, fit, finnish, ship time
Cons: packaging, cust serv performance, optics, overall experience
