Lacks indexing lugs on bottom - NcSTAR RUGER Picatinny Scope Rail Mount

FillC's Review of NcSTAR RUGER Picatinny Scope Rail Mount
Mounting requires two part circle lugs that go into indexing recesses in the receiver. This keeps a mount from moving forward on the receiver during recoil. This rail does not have those lugs and hence it moves during recoil. The movement is easily seen by the eye after firing. Fire a shot, the mount has moved. Fire another and the mount moves again.
There is also no lateral index. Real Ruger mounts have a fixed lateral index and tighten only from one side like items that mount to a Picatinny rail.
It appears whoever designed this product did not know what it is used for or how it is used or why the recesses in the receiver exist. This defect makes the product unusable as the mount will wander during firing.
I should have known this before purchase but the pictures do not provide adequate detail.
