Needs modification - NcSTAR Scope Mount - Ruger 10/22 Weaver Base Mount / Blk. MRUB1022

I ordered this a few days ago with a red dot sight for my 10/22. It arrived today and I attempted to mount it but quickly realized that when the holes in the front are lined up, the holes at the rear of the receiver are slightly misaligned. Took a drill and a drill bit to elongate the holes (only took 2 minutes) and it fit alright. Only reason I recommend it is the price. Things that are advertised to fit something should fit it without alteration. Shame on you NcSTAR.
Pros: Cheap, decent material
Cons: doesn't fit without alterations
