The rails are solid but I have decided to replace this with a rail that only attaches to the magazine tube because every time you want to break down the shotgun to clean it, you have to remove this in multiple steps which gets to be tiresome after the second time you do it.
Originally, I had hoped to flip the top rail to the bottom but it will not fit in that orientation.
Once it is installed, it is very solid.
With a magazine tube mount, you can break down the shotgun to clean it without having to remove the rail every time.
