Poor quality control - NcSTAR Single Point Bungee Sling

I am a fan of NCSTAR products and love their innovative products. Priced well and usually works fine but they lack quality control. My 5th time out using this sling the bungee pulled out of the metal crimp when taking a shot. This could have been very dangerous. It didn't even have much pressure on the sling. I checked the crimp point which was covered by heat shrink and it was not properly crimped. If any factory worker had even looked before putting the heat shrink on it would have been very obvious that it needed crimped better. Either no one looked or no one cared. If you buy this sling hook it to a weight and test it before you trust your life to it or the life of a loved one.
