I took a little effort on my end - NcSTAR Tactical Red Laser for Aluminum Rail

I bought three of these Ncstar red laser as they were priced right. At first it would hold the adjustments just after 1 or 2 rounds and I was frustrated. I noticed the elevation and windage screws were very easy to turn and speculated that is the reason the laser didn't keep its adjustment settings. I contacted Ncstar and asked if it would damage anything to remove the screws and add a little dap of blue thread lock. They responded indicating that adding the thread lock is OK, just be careful on the amount. It added some and took it to the range after a couple of day to allow the thread lock to set-up. The laser held its adjustment just like it should and it worked great! I've got two more to perform the same magic to and I'll have lasers on both guns and rifle. You could argue that you shouldn't have to do add anything to make it work out of the box, so I subtracted 1 star. For the price; so far I think I made a good purchase and got a great value.
