Good concept, not complete - VISM Eco 4x34mm Illum. Urban Tactical Rifle Scope VECO434QRT

Scope arrived packaged very well. Included instructions are easy enough to follow. Looking through the reticule is a bit hard as the eye relief is a little short. The reticule is clear but there was a something on the glass inside which leads me to believe QC is not tight. Also the battery cap would not keep a connection if it was fully tightened which means water could get inside. Again, seems like a QC issue. The other problem noted was that the blue aiming circle/dot tended to bloom and wash out the inside of the scope creating a difficulty targeting even on the lowest setting. The dimmer or darker the surroundings were the more pronounced it was. This more than anything caused me to return the scope. Overall I think it is a nice concept, especially if paired with a micro-red dot, but it feels like it is a slightly unfinished product.
