not happy's Review of NcSTAR VISM Plate Carrier W/External Hard Armor Pockets

Ok for the price. Would have preferred Velcro for the shoulder and side straps instead of the buckles also the padding for the shoulder straps are uncomfortable and bulky 10x12 plates don't fit well . Would work best with 12x14 soft armor.
