Holster should come with Gladius when purchased. Every street cop should have this combo. Don't waste money on nylon pouch by BLACKHAWK...scratches up light and too much retention.
Pros: Retention, Installation/Removal off duty belt, Attractive Design
Cons: Retention Strap is awkward when you immediately need light, Takes up a lot of room on duty belt
