You have more than you paid for - Night Owl Optics NightShot 3x40mm NV Rifle Scope

First I'm new to the night scope, never had one, nor have I used a night monocular. I've been able to run the day scope option inside the house, but outside with late afternoon sunshine - good luck with that. the night scope is just that works good at night and you can see clear (for a night scope) what you are looking at. I have three caveats: One, the mounting bracket is too short for rails with add-on iron sights. If you have add-on iron sights buy a riser rail when you purchase this scope. Two, the on/off button is also the white/black, and switch button for the reticles. With big fingers you will always be adjusting white/black, and changing back to the reticle you want. The white/black/reticle button needs to be away from the off button. Third the mounting claws need to be one long unit (like the mepro m21). I've lost track of how many times I thought I had this scope latched to the rail only to have the scope fall off the rifle while walking. I intend to solve this problem by using a riser rail with a quick-detach locking system.
You get more than what you paid for because this scope is light weight enough you could mount it on a crossbow (how you would do that, I don't know). If you want to do something stupid for fun, you could mount this on a remote control toy car with a camera recording the images (or a drone it you don't mind the loss when the drone crashes, and they always do). If you are a backpacker who is anti-guns you could get a flat piece of metal, bend one end 90 degrees put a stock/arm brace to the 90 degree bend, and attach rails to both sides of the flat piece. put the scope on top and rails grips on the bottom and you have a night unit to take camping, add an IR Illuminator and your distance is now longer then just what the scope is capable.
