Very good, make sure you get the focus right. - Night Owl Tactical Series G1 Night Vision Goggles

After about 20 years of pondering upon the idea of getting nv goggles, I decided to go with these.

At first I thought they didn't work, gathered light alright but images were blurry.
-I hadn't focused them in! using both front and rear focus, you can finally get them right, and wallah! you have a pair of high quality binoculars with nv capability.

In the woods(i live in the woods) you can see things you simply couldn't see before. that's without the IR light. with it, you can see a heck of a lot more, but only when I tried it in a closed room with no light at all did I feel the need to use it, without it you could still see books and items on furniture etc clearly. with the IR, you could see things much like if you shone a small torch on them.

All in all very pleased. could be used for all outdoor pursuits, or night-watch etc.
