What an impressive tripod. Height is very adjustable. From laying prone while shooting to standing or bench shooting. Highly recommended. Haven't tried using it as a shooting rest, but could be pretty good for that as well.

Cons:
  • Price (but honestly, pretty cheap price considering the quality).
Best Used for:
  • spotting scopes
