Honest review - Nightstick Long Gun Compact 550 Lumen LED Weapon Light

This light is great. The brightness is is extremely bright and crisp. It locks to the rail very easily and very secure.
No wobble or shifting. Far brighter than what you'll get from a streamlight TLR7. Good battery life. I have this mounted on my M&P9 2.0 pistol. The only problems I had with this light was the housing on the back where the 4 hex screws are. The housing cap on the back is the only part of the light thats polymer. Over time, a fracture crack appeared in the corner of each screw. I contacted Nightstick and they offered a free replacement housing but sent one for the wrong model. After contacting them again, they just sent me an entire replacement. No proof of purchase or hassle. They just sent it. My replacement has yet to show any problems. I dont know if the cracks were from beeing too ruff on the light or from turning the screws too tight. But I believe this light is worth the price.
