I have had a 3-9x50 buckmaster on my rimfire for years & have always found it far superior to a lot of others I have tried over the years. The new one is to go on my HMR for lamping & NV use hence side focus, the new buckmaster is replacing a leupold VXIII which I found to be frank useless for lamping as exit pupil dia so small you can't see through the scope.I rate Nikon as a close second to my Swarovski& Schmitt& Bender
Pros: clear optics at dawn/dusk
Cons: none
