Description of product does not match the product - Nikon Aculon A30 10x25mm Roof Prism Binoculars

Although the binocular appears to be of good quality and at present is very clear. The issue I ran into is that the binocular I ordered was listed as a DEMO and what I received was a refurbished unit having only a 90 day limited warranty. This is not an issue with Nikon as they are noted for good products but an issue with Optics Planet for having a description that is not accurate. Optics Planet is normally 1st class in everything they do. This time they fell short. Demo and refurbished are not the same thing.
