This mount used to come with the M-308 scope and is made for it. Does what it's designed to do. Mounts easily, use the recommended torque settings, but hand tight for me put it right on the money. The rings fit the scope perfectly as this mount was designed to accompany the Nikon M-308 scope, crushing the tube would take a great amount of effort.
