The .308 tactical version works great for me. if you know the distance and you are sight on at 100 y - Nikon M-TACTICAL 4-16X42SF Rifle Scope

The scope is well worth the money. If you are on at 100 yds then just put the correct BDC circle where you want to hit and it’s there. I have both the .223 and .308 and both are great. And while you are at it, grab you one of the 4-12 x 40 pro staff rimfire. Very good at distances from 50- 150 yards. Great scopes for the price.
