My favorite binocs - Nikon Monarch 5 8x42mm Roof Prism Binoculars

I have looked thru a lot of binoculars, from very cheap to sworovski. I own a lot of binoculars. From the really tiny to the 7x50 marine size. I think these are a very good value and are a reasonable size. Also, they seem very light for their size. I think these are almost as good as my Nikon 7x50 marine binocs in low light, I found that pretty amazing. They are very crisp and clear. My wife used them one time and said, "I want a pair of these!". (She hates most binoculars.) I compared to the Monarch 7 version and honestly could not see any difference. The Monarch 7 has a bit wider field of view but I don't really care about that and it seemed a small difference. Anyway, these are my new all time favorites.
