Nikon monarch 1200 laser range finder - Nikon Monarch Laser 1200 Rangefinder 8358

I have owned two of these units. The first one ceased to work so I returned it to Nikon. Rather than replace it Nikon sent a new unit. I was excited with their "customer service mind"!!! Unfortunately this replacement unit has a malfunctioning eyepiece. I returned it to Nikon for what I expected was a minor repair. It took them almost a month to finally contact me with a repair estimate.Unbelievably they want to charge me $310.41 for repair of a replacement unit that needs repair. Needless to say I am disappointed with this situation and am committed to no longer ever purchase or use a Nikon product again. This is shameful!!
