Scope rings included promo - Nikon P-223 3x32 BDC Carbine Rifle Scope

Preliminary review: I got this on the doorstep today and was shooting at the range in less then an hour with it. Included mount rings are good quality and perfect height for a comfortable cheek weld on an AR. 3x fixed magnification and good eye relief makes this a FAST scope to get on target, really good for a short barreled AR. Had it sighted in at 100 yards pretty quick and was shooting 3-4" groups on the first day.

You'll want a higher magnification if your shooting benchrested for extreme accuracy. If your like me and are willing to compromise then this is perfect. Way more precise than a red dot while still very fast to get on target, and the 3x magnification and good reticule makes it easy to engage much further targets. I consider this pretty much ideal for my needs.

Sorry for the day 1 review but I don't know how long the promotion will last with the free p-series scope rings. The rings are aluminum and lightweight but they appear to be good quality.

I would recommend this highly for flat-top AR's that you want to keep light and handy.
Pros: Small and lightweight, good clarity.
Cons: Adjustment turrets a little bulky
