JimL's Review of Nikon PROSTAFF P3 6-18x40AO Rifle Scope

I bought this scope to put on a long range varmint rifle. It's a little longer in length than I would like, and a tad heavier. Other than that, optics are good, even at higher magnification. The scope is good for extreme yardage ground pig shooting.
Pros:
  • High magnification
  • Good optics for the price
  • good optics clarity
Cons:
  • Length and weight could be a little lighter
Best Used for:
  • Long range shooting and hunting
Would Recommend: Yes
