Nikon prostaff waterproof 16-48x65mm spotting scope - Nikon Prostaff Waterproof 16-48x65 mm Straight Spotting Scopes

The threads on my Zeiss spotting scope broke during deer season. I chose the Nikon after reading numerous reviews on spotting scopes. I made the right choice. The Zeiss is not worth 3 times the money the Nikon cost. Plus the Nikon is smaller and lighter. If you can't evaluate an animal with the Nikon then it's too far to go after to harvest. The Zeiss will stay in the truck. The Nikon will be in my daypack with a good tripod.
Pros: The best spotting scope for the money
Cons: The clarity is a little fuzzy at 48 power but good from 16-45
