Good flashlight - Nitecore EC20 LED Flashlight, 960 Lumens

If you want a utility light for around the house, this is it. The low setting is great for close work so you can see what you are doing. The high is bright enough to disorient a person giving you a few seconds to react. My wife has been using it for about a month now and it has not needed a battery change. She rarely uses the high setting.
Feels good in the hand. It is quick to use as long as you are familiar with body on off. Weight is good. Although not beveled, the light can be used as a weapon if needed.
You can drop it in a pocket on a jacket easily.
It could use another band of knurling by the switch. The only thing I would add to it.
