Horrible customer service - Nitecore MH20 Rechargeable LED Flashlight

Bought this flash light. Owned it for 1 month and the switch acted up. When I called Nitecore they asked me to perform a series of a dozen tests. I explained this was not in the warranty. They sent a follow up email stating they were on a 12 day holiday....not a word since. There are to many good flashlights out there to deal with these types of issues....I would avoid this company at all costs.
