Totally unreliable - Nitecore Intelligent Series RSW2i Wireless Pressure Switch

first one bought had needle size pin with spring inside the wireless cap stick and therefore failed to work and light would only stay on.
bought a second one and now ditto to the other negative review. Changing a battery and re pairing requires a time consuming process while in the dark of the night typically in my marathon paddling sport.
Painfully irritating to use and not reliable at night when need it the most.
