Nothing worked - NiteSite RTEK Camera

I use the NiteSite system on my 22 Cal. Benjamin Marauder Pistol w/stock and I absolutely love it and highly recommend it. I've always wanted to record my shots and when I read about and watched the NiteSite RTEK Camera on YouTube, I was sold. I purchased one from Optics Planet and when I tried it, nothing worked on it. It would not record nor would it send out a wifi signal so I could watch the action on my iPad or iPhone. I contacted NiteSite about it and I did not receive any reply. They are usually good about communication. I did receive a refund, without question, from Optic's Planet but I was hesitant about having them send me the last RTEK they had in stock. I was hoping this was just a glitch because I'm so satisfied with the basic camera that comes with the system.
