Nice surprise! - Noblex-Docter Optics N5 2.4-12x50mm Rifle Scope

I purchased this scope when it was on sale to mount on a rifle chambered in 7x57. As far as standing up to recoil the 7x57 is not much of a challenge for any scope. The physical dimensions of this model worked perfectly for my application. The N5 tracked perfectly with audible clicks when adjusting. The glass is nice. The illuminated dot is crisp. The dots brightness on the upper end is too much but the controls are easy to adjust. When adjusting the power ring the N5 is not as smooth as some of my other German and Austrian manufactured rifle scopes but to be fair they came at a much higher cost than the N5. For the sale price I think it was an excellent bargain and so far I am pleased with this model.
