I bought a box of Norma Range Training 9mm 124gr FMJ primarily for consistent, affordable range practice. Overall it delivered exactly what I needed: smooth, reliable feeding and extraction, predictable recoil, and consistent primer strikes. Accuracy is good for practice loads — groups are tight enough for target work but not match-level, which is fine for what this round is designed for. The brass-cased construction makes it easy to collect and reload if needed. I experienced no malfunctions over multiple magazines in a couple of different firearms. At the discounted price (47% off), it’s a smart buy for anyone who shoots frequently and wants dependable, budget-friendly ammo for drills and target time. If you need competition-grade precision or defensive hollow points, look elsewhere — but for range training this is a solid choice.

I usually do practice shooting every weekend normally shooting around 200-250 rounds. For my Sig Sauer carbine these rounds were almost perfect since I found my sweet spot with the 124 grains, very accurate and no issues with duds or misfires. Price is reasonable and OpticPlanet sent my shipment (10 boxes) in time like always. I shoot 5, -100 and 200 yards with no issues

These rounds are accurate and clean burning out my Shield Plus 9mm. I bought 2 boxes and shot the one already. Great practice round. Though if I had to use this hardball ammo for defense I would. I recommend it!
