Optics Planet has a great selection of calibers, bullets, and brands.
After looking for a controlled expanding bullet that claims to expand at lower velocities/energies, went with Nosler Long Range Accubond.
From Nosler's website: "AccuBond® -LR bullet was designed to have a minimum impact velocity of 1300fps in order to reliably expand or mushroom at those much longer distances, compared to the 1800fps minimum impact velocity of all other Nosler® hunting bullets."
Looks like it will work for elk and deerat reasonable yardages.
Price was good, order was seamless, and delivery was very quick.
