This is avery comfortable protective cup in any position including sitting . It fits over the groin area easily which many cups do not.It also is easy to fit into several brands of supporter jocks with cup envelopes including Bike,Adam.and McDavid.If this protective cup is worn for longer periods of time more than 2 hours ,it is more comfortable to wear a light jock such as a swimmer jock underneath the regular jock with a cup envelope
