Great universal binding - OAC Skinbased EA 2.0 Binding

Installed these on some ski shoes so that I could wear my comfy snow boots for casual snowshoeing/skishoeing type trails. They are very comfortable and once you have them dialed in, they are snug and secure. A couple of downsides. They are not to be used with stiff sole boots. i.e. nordic boots with stiff soles which most newer ones are. Also the binding popped loose on a very icy offcamber hillside. So on normal terrain they will work great. But on more severe angles they may allow the boot to slip out since it’s not locked in like a traditional binding.
