these are my favorite pair of boots, It's not my first pair of boots and I've always liked them, I hope the designers change their mind and add the logo that the previous ones brought, that gives them the oakley touch.
i wish i could exchange
i love these boots but lets be real we all know boot size runs different from sneakers. i got an 8.5 thinking that would fit for me cause i usually wear a size 9 but when i igot these it was a tab big in the front ( should of gine for size 8) its too late now i just stuff better insoles in there and wear thicker socks to get by

New Construction
A little disappointed- the 2012 model got me through ranger school, I wish I didn't let the leather dry out and deteriorate. This version is not as sturdy or supportive around the ankles; however they are much lighter than the old ones, which makes them easier to break in. They are also not made in China. The Vibran outsole is the same tread and is stitched to the upper. The insole is improved as well. Comfortable overall, and for the price here they are an incredible deal.
Pros:
- cheap and affordable
- Light weight
- stitched
Cons:
- less rugged
Best Used for:
- Light to moderate duty
- Ruck marching
Would recommend: Yes
