My father in law picked up a heavy trolling combo set from a big box store. We snapped a pole running a dipsy diver on it within five minutes. I found this Okuma set on Optics Planet for the same price. They ran like a charm. The pole is high quality and has good backbone. The reel and counter work well and are fairly accurate. Overall one of the best walleye trolling set ups for the money.
