Old guy review - Osight SE 1x 21x14mm Reflex Red Dot Sight

I have been target shooting for 72 years. Most of the time with iron sights and lately with scopes on rifles. I had some minor experience in the military but mostly target shoot for pleasure. Just recently one of my sons asked me to try his Sig that had an expensive red dot mounted. I fired a few rounds but because of the recoil I didn’t give it a fair test.
Later I decided to investigate further and purchased an Osight SE and mounted it on my PX4 Compact Carry. Mounting and zeroing was fairly easy. Once I got to the range I was very surprised as the results. My honest feeling is “it’s like cheating”. It’s almost difficult not to shoot in the black.
