Rod's Review of ONOS Latitude Progressive Prescription Sunglasses
Well, first time buying sunglasses online, and wow, what a complete disappointment. First off, took over two months from the time ordered, to the time received. Then, as if having them go out of style before getting them wasn't enough, I paid a premium for the highest index tinted lenses available. (1.67) NO WAY are these 1.67 lenses. They are OVER 1/4" thick and heavy as Aunt Mildred's holiday fruitcake. They look utterly ridiculous compared to my regular eyeglasses, and completely distracts from the style of the glasses. I haven't seen glasses this thick since I could count my age on two hands, and still have a free finger or two. Costly lesson in buying online.
Pros:
- Style is nice, if not for the Professor Farnsworth thick lenses
Cons:
- Heavy
- style suffers from the lenses themselves
Best Used for:
- might make a good boat anchor
- Possible they may stop bullets
