Great camp knife - Ontario Knife Old Hickory Hunting Knife

I thought they stopped production last year and they were backordered for the last six months so maybe these are in production. Many people complain about the weird pattern stamped into the blade but I would assume it leads to a straighter blade through the heat treatment and how serious are you going to take an American made blade at this price point? Even if you bought it just for slicing salami and cheese on a campout you got your money's worth. The sheath is Chinese but seems good enough. I will likely make a new sheath when this one fails.
