One major issue makes them useless - ISOtunes Sport OPMOD CALIBER True Wireless Tactical Earbuds With Bluetooth, 25 NRR

Comfort is fine, sound protection is okay, not as good as muffs. But…there is one major, major problem when compared to something like the Walkers electronic ear muffs. The sound protection cutoff threshold is way too low. Even the sound of my own voice or another person talking to me will make the hearing protection turn on. Because of this, it’s like wearing a pair of foam ear plugs. The amplified sound and protection mode comes in and out constantly which becomes quite annoying. I got them free with a Athlon chrono, Do not waste your money on these.
