Was surprised it worked so well at such a discount - Trybe OPMOD Glock 19 Non-Threaded Pistol Barrel

Not much info on this barrel and it was so heavily discounted I had doubts it would chamber a round once installed. I bought it because my original Gen 3 G19 barrel started getting some pitting, which is unusual because it's rare.. but after doing some research my serial number was part of a batch that must have had some manufacturing issues. After unpacking the barrel I lubricated it lightly did swap. I loaded an OEM Glock mag with a few brass jacketed Blazer 115 grain Blazer brand rounds and it seemed like the rounds were grinding a bit as they were fed into the chamber. The slide wasn't quite as smooth to rack as usual. I figured I'd paid the price for going cheap. I reluctantly took it to the range and and expected the worst and hoped for the best. Instead of exploding and maiming me, it fired and quite accurately! It got better and smoother the more I fired. It went through atleast 150 rounds with no jams or malfunctions of any sort. It'd been so long since using the original Glock barrel it's hard for me to say if it was more accurate or the same. I don't have my G19 all decked out, but the barrel logo and darker color looks nice. After clearing a few OEM Glock mags I used some aftermarket mags and had no issues with those either. I gave it 4 stars because it did seem like it needed a bit of breaking in, but after that it was flawless, can't beat the price!
