Swing and a miss - OpticsPlanet Exclusive Strike Industries Micro 9mm QUAD V Threaded Compensator

My snug screw broke immediately requiring drilling and an easy out. Easy enough but the new bolt fit better and didn't snap with the 30 inch pounds. The build quality is good like almost every SI product I own. I did notice a slight reduction in recoil compared to side by side shooting shooting an unmodified version of my pistol. Everything seemed fine but after about 100 rounds the gun (G19x) stopped cycling. I tried switching mags and ammo but I would get at most 2 rounds before FTF/FTE. This was extremely uncharacteristic of any of my firearms so I removed this and it began functioning flawlessly again. I installed it on my Taurus TX22 as the barrel isn't a browning type action and remains stationary. No issues on either pistol since swapping.
