Offset in more ways than one. - Viridian OPMOD One Piece Offset Rifle Scope Mount for Picatinny Mount 30mm Tube

Not only did they offset this mount forward, but to the side as well! I bought one through DVOR and mounted it when the Viridian OPMOD Omega mount BROKE. I installed the scope into the mount on a tabletop loose, then mounted the assembly to a rifle. Immediately it was obvious that the mount was not in centerline with the rifle. Poor quality product, avoid at all costs!
