Reticle etching cracked will try again - Viridian OpticsPlanet Exclusive Serac 2-10x40mm Rifle Scope 30mm Tube SFP

Scope seems to be of good clarify and focus. Did not have a chance to put it on rifle as right hand side of reticle was chipped during etching. Sending back…will try another one. Customer service is not very accommodating. Tried to return via email but it asked me for an account number which I don’t have. Put in order number and it wouldn’t send because I bought as a guest. Not a good first time experience! Will update if things change.
