My order has been lost since 7/30, I had to reach out to them 5 times before I got a response. Was told to wait 15 business days. Well that can and I have reached out 5 times with no response as of yet. I get Covid has people backed up but this is not backed up this is flat out not taking care of their customer. So I will continue to wait for my 1100.00 to be returned but in the mean time at least for the Covid go else where because it will be on your dime and your time if things go badly.
