Comfortable. but... - Original Swat WinX2 1020 Tactical Waterproof Boots, Black

Okay. So I've had the Original Swat Side Zip and 9 Inch Tactical Waterproof. I couldn't find the 9 inch waterproof for the same price anymore so I figured I'd try these.

One thing I noticed, they aren't as high, about 7.5 inches at their little arch. The build doesn't seem quite as sturdy as the Original 9 Inch Waterproof, but We'll see (just got em yesterday). Also, the waterproofing only goes to about the third lace from the toe. Which gives about 2 inches or so of waterproofing, where the classic went all the way to the top almost.

The fit is a little looser than the Classic 9 as well, but nothing too bad.

They are comfortable from what I see, and not bad for the price, but I'd say if you need waterproofing higher than about 2-3 inches, go for Classic 9 Inch (or even the Warrior Wear Black Ops, wrote another review on that too).

Otherwise, I'd still say I like this and would still recommend it, just depends on your use. Original Swat has always been a favorite, and likely still will be.
Pros: Inexpensive, easier on and off.
Cons: Waterproof only to the third lace from toe
