I’m surprised this has a good review. I honestly thought it might be too good to be true but I hoped it would at least be usable on a set up I seldom use.
This thing literally started dropping bearings just pulling the collar down to extend the legs. I’m not sure if this is a defective item or not but I’m not waiting around for a replacement. If it can’t handle basic functionality in my office, it has no place out in real world use.
