Missing items in kit and additional missing items in replacement kit - Otis Technology Law Enforcement Elite Cleaning Kit

I have been pleased with products from OpticsPlanet until this order. The original kit was missing the instruction manual, DVD, padlock/keys. I had to pay for a return shipment and the RMA process has taken over a month since I originally ordered the product. The new kit (I am suspicious that the replacement is the very same short kit) is still missing the previously noted items and now an additional piece. If I start this RMA process again, it will cost me shipping and likely another month to received the order that I have already paid in full. A major disappointment.
Pros: Good kit/brand, but missing items and very slow RMA response and replacement
Cons: Missing items in original and replacement kit
